I'm a registered dental hygienist, but more importantly, I'm someone who genuinely loves helping people grow.
Throughout my career, I've always been drawn to the conversations that happen outside of the textbook—the ones about confidence, difficult appointments, professional identity, communication, workplace dynamics, and figuring out how to build a career that feels both meaningful and sustainable.
Like many hygienists, I've experienced moments of uncertainty, questioned my decisions, and wondered if there was a better way to navigate the challenges of our profession. Over time, I realized something important: many of us are asking the same questions, but we're often asking them quietly.
That's why I created RDH Bestie—a place for the conversations, resources, and encouragement I wish I'd had throughout my own journey.

RDH Bestie exists to help dental hygienists practice with more confidence, clarity, and fulfillment through honest, solution-focused conversations rooted in real clinical experience. My goal isn't to tell you how to be the "perfect" hygienist—it's to help you become the kind of provider you want to be while building a career you truly enjoy.

Outside the OFFICE
When I'm not in the operatory or writing and creating for RDH Bestie, you'll usually find me learning something new, spending time with my family, or out on a walk with my son.
I believe the best clinicians never stop growing—but they also never lose sight of the life they're building outside of work.
